Motel 6-Saint Paul MN - I-94

Very unhappy customer.

Liked: I have no positive review for this place.
Disliked: Did not have my reserved room - had to make a king sized room work for 4 people. Asked for some extra blankets and pillows, but never received them. Went down to the office - the desk clerk was in the office right off the front desk and told me she would be right there. Well after 5 minutes she still did not come out so I left and went back to my room.

Liked: I liked that there was a security guard so it seemed a little safer.EBANY IS AMAZING!!!! she was probably the only thing that saved your hotel, she was extremely nice, helpful and just a good vibe.
Disliked: 1. Our toilet didn't flush, we had to refill the back with a TUB of water EVERY. TIME. We needed to use the restroom, and mind you there was 3 of us.2. My first room wasn't even cleaned, blood and poop on the walls, cigarette butts, garbage everywhere..3. I watched Staff be extremely unprofessional with potential customers, and lose your business money by creating false scenarios to tell the security guard to kick people out. All they were asking the front desk was if they had availability, after she was nowhere to be seen for hours (because we waited downstairs for an hour to ask for more towels, which she couldn't get us) and she took one look at this customer and went to the security guard and said the man was treating her. Couldn't catch her name, she was a bigger younger black girl with either a glass or lazy eye.4. Your security guard should be crossed trained a little bit. If your employees are taking multiple hour breaks, he needs to at least be able to get Into the supply closet and help residents. He just stands there on his phone, what are you even paying him for? 5. I watched the same girl in #3 refuse clients WHO ALREADY PAID for their room, to be allowed there. She once again, would tell the security guard that they were trespassing,harassing her, any excuse she could to not have certain customers inside. She then refused them a refund, saying that YOUR COMPANY doesn't allow refunds.

Liked: There was nothing that we liked, we checked out and found a different place to stay
Disliked: The room was filthy,food on the walls, dirt in the corners of the room, headboard was falling off the wall, 2 thin sheets for blankets, air conditioning unit was falling apart.

Halfway pleased

Liked: The location from where I was and the hotel very close
Disliked: One of my rooms smelled of old clothes and the TV didn't work the maintenance man never showed up

Disliked: I paid for a night in a king size bed. It was a queen size bed.
