Very unhappy customer.

Liked: I have no positive review for this place.
Disliked: Did not have my reserved room - had to make a king sized room work for 4 people. Asked for some extra blankets and pillows, but never received them. Went down to the office - the desk clerk was in the office right off the front desk and told me she would be right there. Well after 5 minutes she still did not come out so I left and went back to my room.

Liked: Ok so get there and no resavation booking .com drop the ball so I call them and someone was supposed to call the hotel but no one did I called back and got hung up on twice still hasn't been resolved I waited for an hour no booking.com rep called back

Liked: Absolutely nothing... Place was horrible.. Smells like weed all night, with ghetto people out side every night.. Only good thing was my family came there to sleep for couple hours and shower...
Disliked: Place was dirty, my bed was a U, I stayed in room 202, and one of the fed was literally a U shaped. Staff was nice. But we was in the ghetto. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK.

Liked: My friend and I was not allowed to stay because of s pplome nonsense allogation was made against him last time you stayed here

Liked: I had 2.rooms, one was Ok.
Disliked: One of the 2 rooms the TV was broke couldnt see only 1/2 the screen, the Air Conditioner didnt work, blew hot air, the smoke alarm kept chirping . I asked for a different room and was told none were available until the next day. At check out I requested some compensstion or discount and was told by the girl working the desk tht she would have the manager refund me the $107 room fee for the first night.Ive not gotten any refund yet. We stayed 2 nights June 20th and 21st.
