Motel 6 Sacremento Ca - Downton

Hotel was fine. The girl that helped me on Friday wasn't very nice. She kept insisting I hadn't paid. When I showed her my email information and that I had prepaid she wasn't apologetic, just rude.

Liked: IHOP.
Disliked: Not very friendly people and no complimentary breakfast.

Very clean. A pleasant stay.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: This hotel had bed bugs and they didn’t give me another room or I didn’t receive any type of payment back like they said I would!

Disliked: The property needs attention, I can forgive most things but dirty linens/ towels and broken/ damaged items in the room and not clean is not acceptable. Also, an apology is nice when a guest tells you about issues.

Liked: The Night Audit girl was nice.
Disliked: Stained sheets and towels, not cleaned, glass shower door broken, towel rack broken/ coming out of bath wall, internet spotty, rats on property. I advised the day staff at check out, no apology or commitment to correct issues

Overpriced, bad room.

Liked: I HOP across the street was convenient. Check in was fast
Disliked: For the price the hotel room was terrible. I was hit by the smell of cigarette smoking as soon as I walked in. There was noise going on outside in the parking lot all night long, and the walls were so thin I couldn't sleep. There was no shampoo for the shower, the floor was warped, and the room in general was destitute. For a Motel 6 I didn't expect a 3 star hotel, but there are other hotels in the same price range that are MUCH better. This Motel 6 needs to either lower the price or improve the rooms.
