A solid choice for inexpensive...

Liked: I think the rooms were recently remodeled. The furnishings were very nice. Even the bathroom faucet and sink were nicer than what I've got at home. Nice flooring, nice bathroom, big TV, microwave and small refrigerator. Everything you need but maybe a chair.
Disliked: The room doesn't furnish any shampoo, so bring some. Motel 6s are a great value, so I can understand that. The room lighting is bright - there's no soft-light option anywhere. The bedside lights, sink-area light, main-room light are all bright, so there's no way to leave a little light on in the evening. The office sign says they have coffee, but I didn't see that until after I went to the gas station across the street in the morning. The neighborhood seems a little sketchy at night, as do some of the long-term-tenant guests, but the place is safe and the parking lot is behind a motorized gate, so the place is pretty safe and I'd stay there again.

The staff are nice, but...

Disliked: The area is just not safe. It's littered with loiterers and people who look unwell. The first thing I hear when going for check in is other people wanting to cancel their booking.
