Motel 6-Rowland Heights CA - Los Angeles - Pomona

Would not recommend for long stays or family vacations. Overnight stop OK. Have had better experiences with other Motel 6 in the past.

Liked: Front desk personnel were friendly; room was clean; price was reasonable.
Disliked: Had to pay for daily Wi-Fi for each laptop; lack of shampoo and lotion which I'm used to finding at other hotels; smelled muggy; A/C unit made cranking noise; no lock on bathroom door.

Worse hotel Ive ever been...

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: It was ghetto as heck. Literally the worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed at. It was dirty and looks like a crack hotel. Waiting for roaches to come out under my bed or on the walls. There where parties all night and a lot of riftraft at all hours. I ended up getting another hotel room on the other side of town because I didn't want to leave my daughter there while I went to work. So I didn't even stay my entire trip. Personally I think I deserve a refund. The staff were alright. They were just monotoned you know not friendly but not mean just whatever.

Liked: It was relatively cheap, but soon discovered maybe why it was so cheap ehhh ....
Disliked: There was loud rap music with a subwoofer shaking the walls, all night, until around 4:30am . Also some guy started shouting around 3:00 am profanities at someone and threatened to call the police, not a great night's sleep. At all. Then, a barrage of unsavory characters all night and even when we checked out early in morning, we left at 5:15 am, couldn't get out of there fast enough !! Homeless people sleeping sitting up in the hallways and a line of homeless outside peoples rooms in and out of them, one can only wonder what they were up to there.... Thank God I had my boyfriend with me, and was not alone in this place.... Will NOT be returning here. .

Disappointing

Disliked: There wasn't a working tv. After I mentioned it to the staff, I was told it would be corrected, and it wasn't.
