Motel 6-Roseville MN - Minneapolis North

I was charged for 11-18-2016 even though I was stranded in a blizzard trying to get there. I couldn't call as I had no cell signal. Arrived early morning on 11-19-2016 and tried to explain my situation and they didn't seem to care. The room was cold, heater didn't work very well. Had asked for extra towels and blankets they never brought. Had trouble with noisy neighbors (security was there) to no resolve. Ended up checking out at 5am. The manager offered nothing and did nothing to resolve the problem. No refund, no discount, nothing. I will never stay there again and will not recomend Motel 6 in Roseville MN to anyone!

Disliked: Everything.

Great room with a great price! Will be staying here when I return to Minneapolis.

Liked: The housekeeping staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. I had a perfect location to the ice machine and to see my vehicle.
Disliked: Down volume on remote control didn't work - not a big deal.

Liked: The staff was great but haven't talked to s manager yet they said Monday. The location and the front desk guy was a great guy but there's nothing I liked this trip here as ndd and I have spent a lot of money on this place and got nothing good or even equivalent to other rooms
Disliked: - NO AC FOR 2 DAYS & COULDN'T GET A NEW ROOM CAUSE THEY WERE SOLD OUT.- DAY 2 ON THE SAME ROOM: i would have to check out for the day and then check back into a new room after 2:00 keep my dogs in the warm van OR I KEPT THE HOT ASS OVEN OF A ROOM WITH HUSKY DOGS!

Disliked: The creepy man behind the desk at check in was inappropriate and rude the way he talked to my grandchildren. So much so that we cancelled the reservation and got the heck out of there. He was bad for business on that day and plenty of other days too I'll guess

Liked: The location
Disliked: Website is misleading. It says there is a pool. But the pool has no water in it. I booked a room with a bathtub, but there were only showers. The first night I stayed in 118 and the door wouldn't shut all the way. There is a big crack and u can see outside. The shower had a huge hole in the floor and had to straddle it and hold onto something to keep from slipping. Moved to room 230 for the next 4 nights and had to have someone at the front desk let me in my room every night after working 12 hours a day because the lock on the door wouldn't unlock without the machine every night. Then we moved to room 334 for the next 5 nights and the shower wouldn't get hot. Called front desk and was told there is nothing they can do because maintenance has already left. The tv also had a weird triangle lighting in it and didn't work the whole time. Worst motel 6 I have ever stayed at. There is no one cleaning the property everyday either, for 5 days i saw the same nasty used condom on the sidewalk in front of the rooms by the pool. Disgusting!

Gross bed

Liked: It had a unique shower the front desk clerk was helpfulish
Disliked: Late at letting us check in. The key to the room didn't work. The bed looked like someone had bleed all over the bottom my girlfriend has lifted it to check for bugs and found a huge stain we took a photo of the gross. There was a big light in front of our window so if the gross bed didn't keep me awake the light did
