Motel 6-Roseville MN - Minneapolis North

I was charged for 11-18-2016 even though I was stranded in a blizzard trying to get there. I couldn't call as I had no cell signal. Arrived early morning on 11-19-2016 and tried to explain my situation and they didn't seem to care. The room was cold, heater didn't work very well. Had asked for extra towels and blankets they never brought. Had trouble with noisy neighbors (security was there) to no resolve. Ended up checking out at 5am. The manager offered nothing and did nothing to resolve the problem. No refund, no discount, nothing. I will never stay there again and will not recomend Motel 6 in Roseville MN to anyone!

Great room with a great price! Will be staying here when I return to Minneapolis.

Liked: The housekeeping staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. I had a perfect location to the ice machine and to see my vehicle.
Disliked: Down volume on remote control didn't work - not a big deal.

Disliked: No room at the inn and no prior notice before arrival

Cheap and convenient for 1...

Liked: Good price location was convenient staff friendly
Disliked: Very dark and dingy shower was very small and set up weird bed was uncomfortable and no storage for luggage

Will not stay at Motel...

Disliked: The property smelled like pot, the bed was in poor condition, the toilet seat had one bolt & was falling off (my husband fixed it), toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle the entire time. And the shower didn't work. Staff was courteous & offered another room, but it was the same shower situation. This property is shameful & even though we didn't expect anything fancy, the basics were barely covered. The owners are taking advantage of the people obviously living there-sad situation all around.

Liked: Gave toilet paper when we needed it
Disliked: Staff were rude we got frozen out of our room for 3 days. We had to stay in a different room and couldn’t get food drinks or take care of our pets that were in the room for 3 days. On top of that they kicked us out and blamed us for breaking the TV in the room that got stuck shut after we transferred. But we used our own tv because the first room we went to was broken. The rooms were dirty sheets with burn holes or pee stains or other things. And it was too expensive for the place.
