Liked: There was absolutely nothing to like about this location.
Disliked: Where do I begin? First, the location is not ADA compliant or friendly. There are 3 stories and no elevator. The front desk does not seem to want to book the first level rooms so I was sent to the 3rd floor. As I climbed the stairs to my floor, I was struck by how filthy the halls and stairway were. The smell of stale cigarettes and disgusting filthy outside should have clued me in to what I was going to find in the room. I got the my room, the room number was taped to the door, upon first glance into the room, it looked ok and the bed was made. Just a normal looking, no frills room. But omg, when I turned on the light… filthy! The walls are gross the doors to the room and its bathroom are gross! The BATHTUB was so gross and thick with scum and soap scum. I had been driving for 20hours and it was the middle of the night so I decided to try and sleep and tell the front about how bad the room is in the morning. Well, the bed was made of concrete I think,. And the pillows are just sacks of concrete in cases. I may as well had just been laying in the floor. I brought my own blanket thank goodness because there isn’t a real blanket on the bed. I tried to sleep. I lay there for 6 hours listening to the terribly LOUD traffic outside the hotel. It was like the truckers were parking in my room. It was so loud and jarring. I finally got up and went to Walmart to get a bed pad, noise machine and a fan to try and sleep. It was impossible still. I was in a filthy room, with a terrible bed and the noise was deafening. I finally went to tell the front that I wanted to cancel my stay and get a refund. He told me he couldn’t refund me for the night I had just wasted awake but that he could refund the rest. He asked if that was ok, I said not really, but if that’s all I can do to get out of here, do it. But then he offered to refund my entire amount on the condition that I leave no review. I told him that was underhanded and dishonest. This is the worst place I have ever been.

Liked: The guy at the front desk is always super nice and accommodating. Welcomed me back last time I stayed there and acknowledged that I'm a regular guest at their motel. Always asks if there's anything I need and is very hospitable.

Liked: It was close enough to everything. The staff member was very attentive and friendly. The price value was good. The fact they are pet friendly at no extra cost is amazing
Disliked: The pillow were huge and hard, made it hard to sleep well. The bathtub could’ve used a cleaning, there was soap scum on the bottom. The rest was clean tho
