Liked: Fair value. I did not expect much.
Disliked: The staff placed me on the top floor quite a distance from parking. I told them I had a service animal and asked if I could have a room on the ground floor. Most of the motel was empty and there were many rooms available but they placed me far away from everyone else and I had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs and back and forth to my car. Very inconvenient and I felt unheard. Staff simply did not listen to me or they did not care. It literally did not make sense.

Liked: I like absolutely nothing about this property. Everything looks shady dirty disgusting the worst part about this short-lived experience I didn’t even get to check in. We came all the way from Missouri to work booked a room and when we got there, they gave our room away. What’s the point of booking a room just to give it away and then he had the audacity to tell me that he wouldn’t charge us a cancellation fee I wasn’t gonna pay that anyways because they gave our room away, but he was missing the whole point. We had nowhere to go and he decided to give our room away. How does that even happen whenever you book a room, I thought the whole point of booking a room, is that you have a room secured when you get there, but no he did that to not only us but this lady before us i’m gonna file a complaint as well
