Disliked: Got there off of a late flight and the door was locked and no one was working to give me a room a note was taped to door stating no one was working that night had to go to another hotel and did not receive refund as stated on note left on door

Disliked: I paid for another day spent the night have conformation knock on door saying I didn’t pay I showed confirmation they say booking cancelled ask to pay 50 cash wasn’t able to return to my room said it’s rented which isn’t so I’ve paid 2 times for this room and this happens every timer I use booking i don’t get my money back so I’m being roped off every time I rent a room

Liked: The guy at the front desk was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The lobby was locked. I was checked in through a small window by a man behind bulletproof glass. The AC was running and set full cold when I entered but the room was very hot. The bathroom was filthy. There was no bath towel. After being in the room 5 minutes I left and got a room somewhere else.

Liked: The upgraded rooms and facilities are looking great. The upgraded rooms are very comfortable and spacious. When we checked in, we asked for additional soap and 2 more towels. The manager delivered them personally to the room and the toiletries were presented in a cute gift bag. Very nice touch!
Disliked: The pool was closed for high bacteria count, which is a shame as that would have been a nice place to relax in the afternoon/evening!
