Motel 6 Rochester - Airport

My room had garbage on the floor; spider webs and bugs in the bathroom; dirt all over the chair; the unfriendly staff had no extra pillows or blankets; our TV had a wire hanging out of it. We stayed with no TV throughout our stay, and out of the 3 people I spoke to, none of them ever came to check on it like they promised. One of the kids could have gotten seriously injured with the stripped wire hanging out of our TV. I was glad I only stayed for one night.

Liked: One of the cleaning women was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting our handicap needs.
Disliked: Most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered.

Worst hotel stay ever and...

Liked: The location
Disliked: They took $100 deposit then lied to be able to keep it which is theft. They say they don't charge for dogs, knew we had 2 dogs then said they can keep the deposit because we had dogs. The bathrltub drained very slow and so wasn't pristinely clean because dirty water had been standing for 1-2 hours and they were charging for that. The a/c worked sporadically. The remote did not control the TV. And there were stray cats wandering in and out. The only reason I have it 1 star is because 0 stars was not a possibility. Do not stay here.

Disliked: I checked out 5/25 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT. I’ve called everyday and someone picks up phone and puts it down without saying anything because I can clearly hear them all talking I the background. This literally happens every time I call. I need that $100 ..
