Liked: This hotel is great and they make you feel safe to stay there. The location is great being right off the interstate. They don't hide anything from you at all from the beginning and no hidden fees. It is great to have the ability to have your animals with you and no extra charge. I love this hotel and try to stay here every chance I get.
Disliked: I love this hotel.

Liked: The rooms were clean. I like that they have nice colors in the walls that made me feel at home even though the rooms were very basic in furniture and services, but everything was comfortable for us to have a good time there.
Disliked: I called a day before. I was told that we would be able to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm. Once we got there, the girl at the front desk kept us waiting and waiting until they had available rooms. I came back at 2:58 pm to check in, and she literally checked her phone and almost told me to wait... but since she saw the time, then she let us check in. It looked like she just kept us intentionally waiting as it didn't seem for her to be checking the system if we were able to check in. Anyway, that was very annoying but besides than that we were able to have a good time once we got in the rooms.

Liked: Location was ideal for us. Easy to come and go, right off the highway. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The TV was not working, they couldn't fix it, so no TV. First room smelled like dog(pet friendly motel). At first they said that they were fully booked and couldn't move us to another room. I asked for an air freshner to see if that would help(didn't have anything available). Couldn't get rid of the smell, opened windows, ran the fan, nothing worked. Finally another employee came and managed to move us to another room.

Liked: The woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: There is no closet in the room, just a little rack behind the tv. We could have used some more hangers.
