Liked: Prepaid through booking.com show up to check in and was told room wasn’t available. Was told she canceled my reservation but booking.com says different still no update on refund

Liked: It was great. The only issue was our room had no fridge or microwave. Staff was awesome!

Disliked: Room smelled like wet dog really bad flies started landing on us as soon as we entered the room bed sqeeked real bad,we weren't in the room more than 10 minutes and we had to get out of there. I know the price was cheaper than the other hotels in the area but I would rather lose the money than stay there we went to another hotel instead, very disappointed.

Great location for entertainment

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and had great sleep. This location is 5 minutes away from the Toyota Center where comedians and singers perform. The Columbia center mall is also down the road. If you like Chinese the great wall buffet is right next door as well as zips and rattle snake mountain brewing. The Columbia park trail and Columbia River are in view. Great location for entertainment restaurants and outdoor activities.
Disliked: There was a little noisy neighbor in next room but nothing major.
