Motel 6 Richfield OH

All was good until I took a shower and found a curly hair embedded in the fiber of my towel. Also the toilet seat was very loose, needed repair.

Liked: Appearance is as in photos.
Disliked: Hair embedded in the fiber of my towel.

Ok stay with the price...

Liked: Location is close to Cuyahoga Valley NP. Our king bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Garbage was piled up along a section of hallway on the 1st floor. The guests who stayed next to us made big noises till 11:00 PM.

Budget shouldn't mean trashy

Disliked: No staff at night when I requested a check in of 10-11pm, poor signage since lobby wasn't staffed, canceled my reservation without notifying me, no apologies for their mistakes, trash around facilities no safety lock on my door the 1st night, told me I didn't have to move rooms for my 2nd night but luckily I took my belongings because when I returned for the 2nd night of my stay my key didn't work and I was in a different room that hadn't been cleaned there was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet didn't work. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. Staff were incompetent and rude. Building was run down.

Disappointing

Liked: Location to highway.
Disliked: Key card deactivated some time during last night of my stay. Couldn't get in room after work at 4:30am to shower and rest. No one at desk to help. Lost a few personal items on top of not being able to utilize the room until the actual check out time, and was NOT offered/given any sort of a refund for the last night or to cover my personal items.

Disliked: The entrance door was bad and unsafe. Cobwebs in corner of room. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No way to plug the drain in tub to take a bath. Spout and shower head is pull out of wall. The entire facility was filthy. This was by far the WORST motel we have ever stayed in! Also, the ad said they had senior rate. When I asked about it, the lady said they didn't have one!

Disliked: Woke up to ants all over the dog food and counters . Floor was disgusting..no pics on the walls .. toilet was messed up .. this was the worst 100 I ever spent in a hotel room !!!
