Liked: The room was clean , except for the wet floor towel, other then this. The room was comfortable & clean.
Disliked: There were a few shady people staying in rooms ( Reno locals ) and hanging around outside just loitering. At 6am a black dude high on something was knocking on my door & other doors.

I will be back again

Disliked: My remote control didn’t work for the first three days. I had five conversations with staff before problem was fixed. They kept telling me somebody was coming to fix it and nobody would show up.

Liked: The location was good. The clerk was pleasant and helpful

Liked: Comfortable and cheap.
Disliked: WiFi and internet facilities didn't work, shower was a tad small. Lack of a fridge in the room, was disappointing. It's hard to keep food fresh, without one. The positioning of the lights needs some work, because they don't brighten a lot of the room
