Disliked: they didn,t change the bed sheet, there was hair on the pillow

Liked: The cleaning lady was great. She was nice and polite.
Disliked: The toilet lid & set & lid were really loose. Needs to be tightened or replaced. O yeah, the handicap bar in the shower needs to be tightened as well.

Disliked: The room was damp and roach infested.

Disliked: Homeless people, drug use going on in the parking lot, did not feel safe especially with for my teenager.

Disliked: Horrible smell in room that constantly lingered. This smell did not go away even after 3 days. The hotel is positioned near 18-wheelers moving in and out preventing all night sleep. Establishment pictured on web-site nothing like what it really looks like. Door latch barely on, could have been broken at the slightest push. No bath towels provided.
