Disliked: The rooms didn't have air conditioner so it was very hot when it got hot

Disliked: This location was next to a busy highway, and parked next to a busy parking lot. They kinda grouped all of the visitors into one section of the hotel. It met my expectations. I would stay again.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked that I had a room whose entrance was well covered and on ground level. I was able to park close to my room. Staff were friendly, security walked the grounds a lot.
Disliked: No hot water, shower head leaked down the wall. Took a long time for the room to heat up as well, and I had to use cushions from the couch to help cover the huge draft gap under the main door. In January, that's a problem. I froze that night and never went back.

Disliked: shower was cold water no matter how long i let it run , the bed and pillows were awful. the roomsmelt like smoke, doors slamming all night, cockroach was crawling on the curtain, door to get in wouldn't close all the way and the floor was dirty, and i couldn't turn off the TV
