Decent room; clean; price on billboard was much less than reservation. Parking was horrible.

Liked: Close to venue.
Disliked: No wash cloth; not enough towels; parking was bad.

Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable pillows were horrible, paint on the walls was bad or missing, tape around pipes on shower, one office staff wasn't sure how to do the job as they d8dnt have enough traing and my cell phone charger was never so called found!!!

Disliked: No breakfast included, mini fridge in the room, no iron and ironing board or hair dryer in the room either.

Completely disappointing.

Liked: After completely screwing up our check-in by giving us a 1-bed room when we had booked a 2-bed room, they did give us 30% off of our bill. (The only reason for the 2 star review, instead of 1 star) Robert, the desk clerk who we dealt with, was nice, but I will NEVER understand how they didn't have a 2-bed room available for us when we booked it weeks in advance. Absolutely unacceptable.
Disliked: The woman who booked us in (Jo) was miserable. She did not want to be there...and told us so a few times. Could not wait to go home. She was rude, and not only that - she totally screwed up. We booked two double rooms - 2 rooms with 2 beds - and when we checked in, she gave us one room with two beds, and one room with one bed. When we went to the office to address the situation and get another two-bed room, we were told that they didn't have one available. Robert, (the desk clerk), was very sorry, but there was nothing we could do. He even said that, because it was booked through a third party, (Booking.com) there was nothing they could do about it. Booking.com did nothing wrong. My receipt is correct - two, 2-bed rooms. We had to scramble, sleep on floors, etc. They did give us 30% off of our bill, which was nice, but we couldn't care less about that. The hotel was old, tiny rooms, didn't smell great, and then to top it off, some in our party had to sleep on the floor.
