Motel 6-Portsmouth VA

The room was filthy. The microwave was broken - t looked like it had been punched in. There was a huge hole in the wall in the bathroom. Big roaches in the bathroom. The fridge looked like someone had thrwn up on it. The lamps by the bed didn't work. And there was no comforter.

Disliked: Dirty; bugs; faulty electrics.

Disliked: Location, the facility was nothing like it was presented on booking.com. it was filthy, the staff was rude, homeless passed out on sidewalk, drug paraphernalia on the ground, pool clearly hasn't been in use in years. I don't think this property should even be presented on your site

Disliked: My car was towed,no toilet paper and towels and wash cloths were nasty. The toilet was broken.Crackheads and dope fens began for money. Kids up all night running around.Drug dealers hanging around.

Liked: The room was dirty. The tub was filthy. The sheets had burned holes in them from somebody smoking a cigarette.
Disliked: Coming into the place. There were drug addicts sitting in the stairwells. Overall, it look like I walked into the middle of the ghetto with drug addicts, hung out.

Just very disgusting, nasty, the...

Liked: Property was in a bad location. Looked really trashy and smelled really bad like urine around the stair wells. People standing around staring at us while getting our bags out of the car which felt very scary .
Disliked: The location, the random men standing outside watching us. Def a hotel that people go to….. you know…..

Disliked: Police visited twice huge fight in room upstairs. Broke window kf room. Screaming, running around, etc

Extremely disappointed

Liked: Location was ok. Not far from friends I was visiting.
Disliked: The room smelled of smoke and there was a continuous leak above the toilet. I had to place a trash can to catch the water or whatever it was coming from the ceiling. I was told there were no more rooms available.

Shut it down for false...

Liked: To be honest we never again will my family and I stay in hotel falsely advertise about how the rooms look. The manager placed us in a room that was suppose to be out of service, NO POOL it was covered, room wasn't cleaned, toilet lid had to be removed to flush, only 1 channel (CNN) on the TV, dirty kitchen, mold smell in room, furniture old, cracks in floors, air conditioner lid was off, drug users hanging out in front of rooms all night (talking, yelling and cooking on grills in front of rooms. My second room for my grand kids was so bad I had to have them moved and they room wasn't any better
Disliked: The hotel owner should be forced to remodeling or shut it down. It's really for drug users

Disliked: Crackheads dealing drugs in the parking lot all night long. What appeared to be homeless people lurking around every corner. Yelling and fighting all night. Every time we walked out the door beggars rushing up to us wanting something. Pool closed. No hot water in room. Inside manual lock on door broken. Trash in parking lot. We left 2 days early. Couldn’t take it any more. Stayed in hundreds of hotels all over this country and others. This is THE WORST place we have ever stayed. Only positive..the people working the front desk were very nice.
