Horrible

Liked: My original room had a broken air conditioner , several of the days I stayed were 90 degrees plus , I called and talked to one front desk attendant about this and was told to come from work and talk about it , half of my time I had no air conditioning . My second room had no refrigerator and on my last day I wanted to grab ice since I didn’t have a refrigerator , the front desk attendant said they would be getting an ice machine next week , there were dogs barking past midnight and it was dirtier than I expected
Disliked: Everything about this stay could have been better , I would like the number to corporate so I can explain my stay

Rude staff, terrible customer service,...

Disliked: The front desk staff was extremely rude to us and the other customers, every person they spoke to it was an unpleasant interaction. They put us in the incorrect room, completely opposite from what we booked. When we asked to change/ upgrade rooms they didn’t listen to us they only argued and told us we were wrong. They were so unbelievably rude and not accommodating at all. The fire alarm went off at 7 am from the steam to the shower. There’s no exhaust fans in the room and the fire alarm is directly outside of the bathroom. They gave us 2 keys and only one worked.

Disliked: No tissues for nose, no hair dryer, pool not open

Disliked: There were no extra pillows

It was clean and pleasant.

Liked: Seemed to be a fairly new facility, or renovated
Disliked: The drive through the vacant retail section to get there was very sketchy. Choice of bed pillows was limited and not comfortable

Disliked: The bathroom door did not close easily because the floor was warped. We really had to push and pull on it to open and close. Very difficult.

Disliked: No ice machine, no microwave

Liked: Not sure we got the right room. Reserved a double room, got a full size bed. If this was correct, then I misunderstood. Other than that the room was okay for one night. Thank you for your time and a decent place to sleep after a long evening.
