Very poor

Liked: Very basic. It didn’t have refrigerator or microwave. The halls smelled like cigarettes and other types of smoke. The only positive thing I could say is the location was close to everything and convenient. For the price, I expected more. It was the only place I could find that was pet friendly.

Disliked: The lady behind the desk said we only had 1 entrance which wasn't true. Everyone used all the entrances. Trash on the ground outside. The entire upstairs smelled like marijuana. Very uncomfortable. When asked about it, I got no answer and very dirty looks. Will not stay here again, and do not recommend anyone stays here unless they're a drug addict

Disliked: The clerk wasn’t really friendly, the elevator smelled like weed and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.The room smelled clean but it was a strong bleach smell. For the price and no breakfast, wasn’t worth it.

Disappointing

Friendly staff and convenient location....

Liked: We have stayed at this location, at least six times in the last three years. It’s conveniently close to our children’s university and his reason reasonable in price. We really like that. There are no rugs and it has been consistently clean.
Disliked: This past trip we were not as happy with our stay. Immediately. We could smell cigarettes in the lobby somebody had thrown them in the garbage. When we arrive to our non-smoking floor and 2 rooms they both smelled of cigarettes. I asked The nice hotel employee at the front desk if they could spray the room which she did while we were at dinner. However, upon entering the room, we now smelled scented cigarettes. I had requested again from the front desk to either find us two alternate rooms that were clean and sent free or to cancel our reservation. cancel our reservation and we would’ve moved to a competitor down the road. She was able to quickly find us alternate rooms, which were clean and did not smell like cigarettes.It was very disappointing this time around where the hallways in the rooms smelled like cigarettes, even in a no smoking facility .
