Pleasant

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Shower good.
Disliked: Toilet squirted water after flushing and a/c just would not cool room. Arrived late, staff offered to let us swap rooms but we were tired so they said manager would probably discount room. Left message for manager and never got back with me nor gave me any discount.

Low-range property

Liked: Good location and easy in and out from the street.
Disliked: The motel needs serious maintenance. Broken fixtures, paint damage, scratches on the doors, and a strange smell throughout.

Disliked: Smelled of weed / smoke in building.

Very poor

Disliked: The 1st room we were given had not even been cleaned yet. The elevator was not working. 2nd room I was give had no fridge. The ice machine in the building was not working there was poop markings in the toilet and the best part was when I was checking in and the ambulance showed up for a believed overdose on the thrid floor with no elevator. NO WORKING POOL!!

Liked: The staff member I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. Despite the hotel's many issues she was great. Also everything was clean and the air conditioning worked very well.
Disliked: There is no pool. The pool is covered and no longer in use at all. The ice machine is broken. There are no closets in the rooms to hang up your clothing. No shampoo/conditioner/lotion or kleenex which are some basic amenities that I'm used to having in a hotel. Worst of all the elevator was out of order and we were put on the second floor despite the fact that I messaged the property ahead of time that my wife is a disabled veteran. The wifi was barely usable and gave me a warning that it was not secure so don't use payment cards etc. I stuck to my 5g instead. The rooms are tiny too.
