Liked: All the rooms were indoors. Felt safe.

Liked: Great bed, shower, parking, location, price, in no order.
Disliked: The TV did not stream well. Manager said the source was Direct TV. The video lagged while the volume was normal. Video would skip and synch every few seconds. Very annoying! TV useless.The room above us had someone pacing the floor all night until 2am. The floor/ceiling squeaked badly near the window of the floor above us. I put a pillow over my head to block noise and fall asleep.

Disliked: Television feed would freeze but audio would partially continue. Mentioned to attendant when I left and she said it was the satellite dish. The previous evening another attendant was speaking with a customer having issues with wifi for their computer device. It was glitching. Attendant didn’t know what to do he said to the caller while I was standing there.

Liked: Have stayed at this property many times. It's very central to our needs
Disliked: As mentioned, we've stayed here many times. This is the first time that I have a complaint. The bed mattress needs replacing. Soon. We've stayed in rooms 112, 114, 117 several times. Never have had room 120. The mattress needs replacing. I had a backache bad both mornings after sleeping. So bad, I could barely walk for several minutes. Thank you for your attention to this.
