Helpful staff, hotel needs help.

Liked: When we asked to change rooms they accommodated us right away.
Disliked: Elevator wasn’t working, hot water was also off, towel rack pulled off the wall, hair on towels, room smelt like weed and wet dog.

Pleasant

Liked: Location
Disliked: Dried urine on toilet seat and smell inside room. Indifferent staff with no real manners.

Not worth the money!

Liked: We were given the wrong room number & walked into someone else's room! Our bathroom light did not work & the shower head had terrible water pressure. There were dogs barking early in the morning. There were staff smoking Marijuana outside in the front of the hotel.

Passable

Liked: Great price, comfortable bed, lovely staff!
Disliked: The property smelled like dog pee. Lobby, elevators, hallways, bathroom, and room.

Never stay here

Disliked: NO HOT WATER NO WORKING ELEVATORS BAD SMELL DIRTY FLOOR TOILET SINK

Liked: Front desk staff was kind
Disliked: There was no hot water so we could not stay. Were told to contact booking.com for a refund and haven’t been followed up with yet.

Disgusting

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hallways and bathroom smelled like a sewer. The fromt desk and people with pets kept me up half the night. When when you don't smell shit it's marijuana. Bums walking around at 5 AM outside when I left. Plain awful.

Refund request

Liked: Fairly clean room.
Disliked: There was no hot water. The elevator's were broken. And the the TV didn't work. We are very disappointed. I should get a full refund. One adult was using a cane. They put us on the fourth floor.
