Liked: The staff
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable. The toilet was scraped. The LED lights are too bright, there's no shampoo in the shower. i found a dirty sock in the floor. It was really awful

Disappointing

Disliked: They kept 100 $ for 3 business days. Which is completely stupid cause they already have my card number.

This place is very unsettling

Liked: Unsafe as someone was able to walk into our room, drug activity and room with broken curtains and lights. Staff took 10 minutes to show up to check us in

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: When we first arrived, the property staff were not welcoming at all. One lady didn’t even acknowledge us, another couple before us was still waiting for their key card (as apparently they could not find any). The young man “working” there was not even dressed in his uniform, preceded to get dressed in his uniform in one of the many trips back to the back room, constantly on his phone and fumbling his keys. It took them 15 minutes to also find us a key card- this is completely unprofessional as key cards should have been already ready for check in. The elevator wasn’t working, there was a cart just half way in and half way out causing the elevator to not operate. The ice machine was leaking everywhere, the floor all around it was soaked. Upon arrival to our room, in the bathroom, there was face cloths thrown on the sink that were clearly used (covered in hair and hairballs). Thankfully the bed looked clean, hoping it was for our sake, and it was comfortable thankfully. Definitely do not know how the ratings for this place are higher.

Liked: The room was clean and modern and my dog was allowed. Need better coffee situation. Also I loved that you did not have shampoo bottles littering the world.
