Horrible- left after first night!!!

Liked: Nothing, we left after the first night.
Disliked: They didn’t inform us of the remodel, there was trash and debris everywhere and very loud. There was a used bandaid in the shower. Just an overall disappointment!!!

Disliked: It was fine there was construction going on . The power went out overnight. The staff was helpful. It served its purpose for an overnight stay.

Filthy, rude, very unsafe. Even my dog was miserable.

Liked: Nothing. They did accept my prt however they refused to give me a downstairs room for him and I could not bring his cage up the broken stains.
Disliked: Our room was not able to be locked. The doors to all the rooms were propped open. The adjoining interior doors had locks removed. So anyone could just walk up from the beach and enter any room in the hotel and walk into ours using the interior door. We did this often because our room key never worked anyway and the attendant refused to bring us a new key. The ac did not work so the floor was wet due to humidity. Be aware that there are no soaps or hair dryers nor coffee in the room. The property is under HEAVY renovations. You will not be able to sleep, will smell fumes, will not be able to lock doors. Only one working stairwell.
