It got the job done...

Disliked: I paid via Booking.com, but when I arrived to check in, they made me pay again, claiming the first payment was just a hold. I know how Booking.com works, and that’s not true. Anyway, I’ll see if they refund me. On top of that, I found a bed bug on my pillow in the middle of the night, so I had to leave immediately. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
