Poor quality and service

Disliked: We had booked and payed online but when we got to the property they said that we didn’t pay and have to pay again I even though I had 3 different receipt and had the booking.com confirm that everything was booked and paid for. We ended up having to pay again and had to wait for a refund to clear. The lady at the front desk was rude and absolutely no help at all didn’t seem like she even know what she was doing. The rooms are dirty and they harass the guess. I would not recommend this place

Disliked: The lack of television channels, no shampoo for the shower. The room telephone was missing a lot of the keys on the key pade making it impossible to make phone calls.
