Disliked: Had to change room -- no hanger bar or hangers, plugged sink, TV not working, no microwave, dead insects. New room had bed that made a lot of noise -- probably broken. Initial room had no convenient electrical outlets. Also no chair.

Liked: the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the only complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear every noise your neighbour makes. The staff was great and helpful, when I was near a bunch of loud customers they moved me easily.
Disliked: the walls were thin, and the noise from other customers was a bit off putting. Other than that the room was clean the beds comfy. Not other complaints.
