Disliked: The nastiest bathroom the smell I mean it was terrible. First room they put me in didn’t have air so I sweat my ass off for a hour then the next room had a leak and two boards holding h the sink up

Liked: In your hotel staff was rude and ignorant at the front desk telling us that they don't have to put up with our shit and all we did was try and check in and show her a confirmation code I don't want to see your code I want you to pay for the room I had already paid for it and when I tried showing her the confirmation coach I don't want to see that I want you to pay me for the room and would not let us check in to a room that was already paid for and then she walked off and refuse to come back to the window unless I paid her cash for the room but I already paid for the room booking.com is giving me my refund and Monday but I was already and so and she told me that she was well they'll give you a refund Monday well then you know I paid for my room and she goes I don't have to put up with your shit thank you guys like you know hey man I'm not cussing at you so don't cuss at me and she straight said fuck you and left the window and then come back and she goes if I refuse to leave she will call the police so I slip in my car before I had to go to work at 4:00 a.m. I will never stay at your facility again your staff is rude and greedy and wanted me to pay her cash for a room that I already paid for that is unacceptable
