Disliked: Absolutely the worst .. we got a room key that didn't work after multiple attempts someone already inside opened the door. There was a disgusting smell of urine all outside the building. There was people on drugs in the parking lot and on the hallways.

Disliked: It was very disgusting, it had a dirty odor, the doors and walls look like they'd never been cleaned. The comforter had cigarette burns... the bathroom was gross!! The front door had a one inch gap from the ground where I could see outside and hear everything. The location was not the safest or cleanest. The other guests looked like they lived there. The parking area had broken down, abandoned vehicles full of junk. I was beyond disappointed with that establishment and will never return or recommend to others!! I will also be giving them a bad review on Yelp and all my social media platforms!!

Liked: It was horrible. Stairs were broken. It was filthy. No ice machine. They let buns sit in the parking lot around your vehicle smoking crack. Front desk people came out barefoot like he was sleeping in the back. Rented 2 rooms. We got there one was dirty so had to move. Next one had no fridge and the floors were so gross that when you get out the shower and walk just to put clothes on feet are black again!
Disliked: The house keepers were throwing the blankets and towels from the upper levels to ground level dropping them on the floor. Mind you the floor is the parking lot. That has trash and bums all in it. One of them even cleaned the outside walkways with a towel. They also had a used pad just thrown out in the pool area. They do not care for the property! Oh got tube didn’t work and the bottom of it has so much sand might as well go to the beach!

Liked: The location can’t be beat. Literally a block and a half away from a great beach spot.
Disliked: Dirty/ used towels, bedding with cigarette holes all over, room fixtures and furniture falling apart. Room smelled musty and unclean. Rude/ unhelpful staff. Loud/ unsafe guests. When asked for clean towels and pillows, the guy in the office, and whomever he was talking to on the speaker phone, became hostile and angry and began yelling at each other and us. After arguing they finally said they would bring them and never did.

Liked: Nothing. Felt extremely uncomfortable with everything about that place. My family did not stay long.
Disliked: The whole experience with location has been terrible. The picture do not match what we showed up to. Looks like an abandoned building. Just all around dirty and felt extremely unsafe. Told the front desk person we would not being staying due to all my concerns and stated that any refunds had to be done through booking. The location.... don't know it they are a motel 6 or pacific inn..... is refusing to give a full refund and when I call to communicate with the owner he stated he was the owner manager.... the following phone calls were answered with a fuck you each time.
