Charged twice

Liked: Close to everything.
Disliked: Was charged twice. Bed very hard. Shower has no water pressure.

It’s like the previous guests...

Liked: Area wasn’t too bad. We left our cargo bag on top overnight and everything was in tact in the morning. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I went to put my food in the fridge and someone’s leftovers were there still. The bathroom had a weird smell. I went to shower and there was hair in the folds of the towel when i opened it. Tried to use the smaller towels just for those to be covered in stains. When I got to my car in the morning I noticed the cleaning staff let their cart hit my car and walk away. I wanted to leave at that point so I just got in and left. There was no point in complaining last night because they were fully booked so nowhere else to go and I felt like the new towels would still be dirty.

Excellent customer service

Liked: We had a late flight so we checked in after midnight & the gentleman running the office, let us stay after 11am while waiting on our ride home!! This may be our go-to hotel when flying to Cleveland International.
