Motel 6-Normal IL - Bloomington Area

Horrible experience all around.

Liked: Disgusting property and unprofessional staff.
Disliked: The room was horrible. They had the heat on in the hallways on a 94 degree day. Staff was unable to communicate professionally with guests and chose to get rude and disrespectful when asking about refunding my money for this roach infested room. Paint peeling in the shower, nasty black moldy looking towels and the bedsheets had burn marks all over them. The smell was atrocious throughout the whole building.

Worst weekend stay ever

Liked: I like how close it was to the places I needed to go.
Disliked: I had to stay a extra night because booking canceled the one night but the motel didnt. The beds were not the size beds I was told they would be and it was cramped for my husband and 3 kids. And the access door was broke so we had to walk down to the other side. If we could have gone somewhere else we would have. But we were there 4 summer games special olympics.

Disliked: I had a horrible experience at this location and despite being told I was getting a full refund I have now been charged TWICEBoth of these charges should be refunded immediatelyNot only was the motel in horrible conditionno cool air stains throughout crumbling staircases and drywall everywhere plus a strong smell of cigarettes the staff was rude and unaccommodating and at one point said thats not our problem We did not even check into the room I want ALL my money back
