Friendly and clean place to...

Liked: Even though it is an older building the owners made it look nice by putting fresh paint throughout. They put new carpeting in the hall. Everything was clean in the room and the halls. There was a table and 2 chairs in the room which we appreciated so we could bring in food to eat. I always check the bathroom vents in every place we stay to see if they are clean or if there is built up dust and mold. The one in our room was very clean. We've been in much more expensive places where the vents were filled with dust. The bed was very comfortable. They do allow pets. We had our 10 pound Cavapoo with us. The staff was very friendly. We were offered bottled water when we checked in. The room had a small fridge with seperate freezer and a small microwave. So even though this is an older place and much less expensive it was a good place for a couple of nights. We are going to stay there again on our way home. Cudos to the owners and staff for their hard work.
Disliked: The only negative that I can think of is the walls are kind of thin and your can hear loud tv, loud people and doors closing hard. But that didn't happen too often and when it did it was only a couple of minutes.

Liked: Pets are free that’s the only good thing about this place
Disliked: He discriminated me and did not try to solve it at all me and my 2 yr old got kicked out 20 mins after checking in I have a sensitive nose and my room smelled of smoke my husband said he don’t smell it so informed the front desk manager and he said people say that when there going to smoke I said sir I can’t smoke cigarettes I was just informing you that’s all I was polite and everything was ok so I thought my TV wasn’t working so I asked for help he came up and said I stole the comcast box I said sir I just got here and I’m playing my meta quest which is a 600$ game set I own too food truck I didn’t come here to steal your box I asked if I can be moved to a room with a working tv he said not till I get my box back just stood stuck and confused cause I just arrived but he discriminated me just cause I said the room smelled of smoke he kicked me and my 2 yr old out in the middle of the night not kool
