Liked: The rooms are large. The air-conditioning worked well. The coffee was good.
Disliked: I’ve been coming to stay at this property for about 13 years of Jazz Fest. This will be my last year. The place is really gone downhill. Hardly any Jazz Fest goers. Lots of very strange weird people there now. I think many of them may live there? I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a meth lab or a Prostitution ring going on at this hotel.

Liked: Adequate for short time I was there
Disliked: Musty smelling. Staff stated windows had leaked during previous rains. Saw someone get arrested in parking lot as we went for dinner.
