Liked: Did not know if there was breakfast or not. Was not told.
Disliked: Bathroom amnesties could have been better. One little bar of soap was pretty cheesy. Bars for getting into and out of shower would have been helpful. Tub slippery when wet. Almost fell getting out of the tub. Also when booked room asked for ground floor because I am disabled. Room was on 2nd floor up 10 stairs.

Liked: I liked absolutely nothing about this facility. It was disgustingly filthy, and when we spoke to the attendant regarding the facility, he acted like he couldn't care less.
Disliked: I did not like the disgusting environment I brought my family into. The cigarette burns on the floor, clearly unwashed shower, and the broken lamp shades just show how little this company cares for this facility. The sheets had food stains, and even the mattress protector was dirty and stained. I will be contacting the BBB.

Liked: there wasn’t no breakfast there and the room was not cleaned at all there was trash under the bed the bathroom stinks when i told staff about the problem he gonna say u can check out when i came all the way from philadelphia i wouldn’t refer this place to my enemy i would not stay here ever again the pool was out of order when they said it was working nothing was the way it was portrayed on line i dont see how they are still open
