Liked: I requested a ground floor level room, and they were very nice to oblige.

Liked: Good price, good location.
Disliked: Just minor cosmetic room things( large under door gaps, rusty restroom light fixtures, tv had a large glare on it)

Liked: It was clean and the a/c was already on when I got to the room.
Disliked: The staff claimed they have no access to extra towels or wash cloths once the housekeeping staff leaves for the day. And there was no stopper for the bath tub.

Liked: No breakfast

Disliked: TV remote wasn’t working

I travel for a living...

Liked: Honestly not much the WiFi was good and that’s about it.
Disliked: Almost everything. There was a huge gap in the door so I could hear everything outside and bugs could get in. Loud neighbors. There were tenants selling drugs. No hot water. The staff lied about it and were continuing to check in people not telling them there was no hot water. They wouldn’t give you an extra towel or toilet paper if you asked at the front desk.
