Horrible.

Disliked: We found the hair and stain on the bed and the both bed , tell the front desk ask for check out and the refund , they not apologize anything just firm told us no refund . After I told them I don’t want refund just want to check out , then they want to cause it’s we put the hair in the bed , horrible attitude. Not recommended anyone stay there at all .

Liked: The rooms were clean and the location was quiet.
Disliked: The AC didn't work properly but it cooled the room well enough to be bearable. I also requested extra towels and pillows as our reservation was for 4 people for 2 nights and there were only 2 washcloths and 2 towels. That request was never met so I had to go to Walmart and buy towels and pillows for our second night. We were staying from out of town while my daughter had a surgery on both knees at the children's hospital so that she didn't have to sit in the car for hours right before and right after her surgery.
