Liked: We loved our disabled room but you did not have carts to carry the luggage and I made 4 trips to get my disabled husbands needed supplies in the room. They disappeared the night we got there and were not there in the morning either. But the room was perfect.

Disliked: Carpet outside my door had trash on it, the shower had a used washcloth and the room had no toilet paper. The clerk had to take a roll from another room
