Disappointing

overpriced given the poor amenities...

Liked: clean large room
Disliked: no sound insulation from other rooms: loud footsteps, conversations, noisy ventilation, toilet flush and showers are shared with lower floor rooms.no heating, AC only even though outside temps in 30s and snowy condition.ineffective double glazing, very noisy owing to proximity with nearby highway very skimpy bed covers and single bath towel, cheap soap

Disliked: Way over priced for a Motel 6. We stayed in a condo in Oahu for around same price. Not worth the money for sure.

Asked for money back and...

Disliked: Needed handicap. Nothing in this room was handicap. No chair to sit in, no microwave, no coffeepot. A bathtub NOT handicap assessable. We booked on line and paid. Office staff said it never came through. So had to pay again. Both payments were taken out of our account. Waiting for both payments to be returned.. Cut our road trip short because of the double payment through Booking.com and the hotel
