Staff was helpful in replacing the phone that didn't work and the bedspread that had holes and stains. Despite requesting double occupancy there was only one bed (I guess they assumed we were fine with sleeping together?). The wind howled all night from the large gap under the door. There was no alarm clock, pictures on the walls or carpeting. The TV did not work correctly despite staff's best efforts. Very pleasant staff. Very dismal hotel.

Liked: The property was described as having fridge and microwave. There was none. We needed the fridge
Disliked: There was no fridge, no microwave. Not even a box of Kleenex. The soda vending machine wasn’t even turned on.

Disliked: the room next to us turn on loud music at 4am. The bed was not comfortable.

Liked: The location was close to the arena. It was clean
Disliked: There was no heat. (luckily it was mild in temp for MT) No microwave or frig as advertised. No TV control.
