Motel 6-Milwaukee WI - Glendale

Very run down. Will not return.

Liked: A room and bed.
Disliked: Sheets dirty; hair in tub; rude staff; smoke alarm missing; ceiling appears to be water damaged and ready to crumble; could hear neighbors; family reunion occurring took over the hotel.

There was a lack of towels when I needed towels. Housekeeping didn't clean the room during my stay. I probably will not ever stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Convenience of shopping.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not clean the room and there was a lack of towels.

It was ok.

Liked: The staffs were friendly
Disliked: The beds was really dirty with some kind of stain on the mattered. I had to ask for a different room. The second room had clean beds but the floor was really sticky.

Disliked: That it got 7 rooms broken into right next to our room. And at one point our door stopped working

Disliked: I had a reservation I paid for before getting there I get there there’s no reservations they can’t even accommodate us I got dropped off with my two kids I had to pay for another room and did not receive a refund for the first one the hallways smelt of strong piss, my bathroom wasn’t really clean, the lights didn’t work he had to fix them neither did the tv they said they had amenities that they didn’t

Disliked: The hotel was not clean, my room was missing important items! No smoke detector, the bathroom door was broken at the bottom with a hole!! The bathroom ceiling was leaking and falling into the tub! The bathroom had old items from last stay and the bed sheets were dirty with stains! The front desk guy was very rude and kicked out some of our biker family before even booking a room and asked underage members for id! Another staff member on different shift had to switch our rooms , there was no toilet tissue or toilet tissue holder! The room phone did not work! There was only one elevator and it was slow! There was no refrigerator in the room for our food, the ice machine was broken down out of order!!
