Disliked: I've stayed at this motel for 13 years and the number 1 reason is the outdoor pool this year there is no pool I am very disappointed the rates went up this year and no pool ...hopefully next year there's a pool

We couldn’t help but wonder...

Liked: Location was very convenient so close to I-95, yet surrounded by beautiful trees. The staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The area where the 2 queen beds were was pleasant enough, but it did have a piece of machinery lying next to the ac unit that looked like a vacuum.The beds were clean and comfortable, but one of the beds made a loud metallic sound when getting in and out of it. But the entrance way and bathroom area were rather unsightly. The walls looked dirty in the foyer and the toilet/shower area as well as around the sink outside. The bottom of the bathtub was severely chipped, the door didn’t close properly, and the frame of the mirror above the sink was gouged. The floor of the elevator needs resurfacing. It looked chipped and just very worn. The flooring in the room itself appeared new and was very nicely done, but it didn’t make up for the rest of it.

Liked: I never stayed. The doors were locked when we arrived. Someone had to unlock the door to let us in. Mind you, my daughter was sleeping in her fathers arms. I was told the girl at the desk that I had just booked with Booking.com and she said there were no rooms available. I would like a full refund please. Thanks, Leena Bernardo
