Liked: I never stayed. The doors were locked when we arrived. Someone had to unlock the door to let us in. Mind you, my daughter was sleeping in her fathers arms. I was told the girl at the desk that I had just booked with Booking.com and she said there were no rooms available. I would like a full refund please. Thanks, Leena Bernardo

Disliked: It was smelly, the front desk was outright rude, pool was closed, and so was breakfast area. We did not stay. We got a refund immediately.

Liked: the only plus of the is motel was location other than that HORRible.
Disliked: I walked into the motel and waited for a while with others, but then the system went down. Ok... we thought it was dinner time; maybe we were hungry.This statement is not true.I chose this place for its location and pool, but unfortunately, the pool was green and had a Jell-O-like consistency. I also made a booking because it had a gym, but it turned out to be a storage area, similar to the conference room. If nothing else, alert the customer. The phone was plugged in but didn't work, so we had to call guest services using our cell phones. and there were no elevators, and you can probably conclude that it was not working, og wait the ice machine as well.Unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience. Meanwhile, this was meant to be a relaxing weekend for moms, away from responsibilities.They really need some support, and honestly, I just want my money back or something in return!

Liked: I like nothing about it, except for the housekeeping personnel they were very nice.
Disliked: The staff worker at the front desk was very rude, he could care less about a complaint. I understand they’re under renovation, but clearly the management doesn’t know how to run the place. The pool was closed. No reason to be close. It should be open for the guests. cigarette butt everywhere on the ground. Beach floor had a terrible order of marijuana. Very loud in a few rooms couples fighting. It’s just like a place for people to just live in situation not a vacation stay that’s what it seems to be running. Unless you can handle all that good luck.
