Motel 6-Mesquite TX - Balch Springs

Enjoyed the stay - the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if on a budget.

Liked: Good price for a clean room.
Disliked: Hall carpet needed shampooing.

Liked: The location was easy to find off the highway.
Disliked: There was food splatter on the walls by TV, there was dried food on the shelving under the tv area. There was black mold in the shower along with damage to the walls. the beds were not comfortable. And there was a weird moldy smell in the rooms.

Liked: The rooms are a nice size. It is very close to people I was visiting. Beds are pretty comfortable.
Disliked: Too much light shining through the window at night. House keeping could do a better job at cleaning.

Disliked: The ignorant elderly manager with the get out blonde hair was rude when I complained about the barking dog. I have videos but unable to upload them

Liked: There wasn’t any breakfast
Disliked: It was disgusting. There were roaches, hair everywhere, loud music and stomping. Partying in the parking lot. Horrible horrible. Even wads of hair floating in the pool.
