Motel 6 Mesa South

The place was absolutely horrible. The room had a terrible odor, but we looked the other way considering we’d be out late at a concert and not spend much time inside. The shower was so stained and brown, we had to shower with our sandals on. There were nothing but homeless and drug addicts roaming the property once we got back to the room at 11:30pm. We didn’t get one bit of sleep based on the fact there was a dude high as hell running his truck and “cleaning” it from 2am until sunrise. To top things off, someone tried to open the door multiple times throughout the night/early morning, scaring the living hell out of my wife. When I went to the front desk to let them know someone was literally trying to break in my room, I was met with an attitude that it wasn’t a big deal, and they didn’t have cameras so there’s nothing they could do. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I’ve stayed in some of the worst places imaginable, but this location had the worst of all.

Liked: There was absolutely nothing good about this place. Damn shame it had good ratings or I never would have booked it.
Disliked: Everything.

Liked: How close it was to where wedding was held.
Disliked: Ice machine down, air conditioner control panel missing labels, bathroom floor was not clean, could see streaks from dirty mop on it.

Stayed 3 days only clean...

This was an awful trip...

Disliked: I didn’t like being profiled and treated like scum just because I might have more luggage than most or because I stay for a week or more.
