With the price we paid...

Liked: The beds are comfortable. A/C works well.
Disliked: Cockroaches in the bathroom, hole in the bathroom wall, toilet bowl is shaky as it is not bolted properly to the floor, bathtub sink is clogged up with very very very slow drainage, tiny stream of water from the bathroom sink, the light above the sink is very very dim, entire room flooring including bathroom flooring are very very filthy and the leather chair by the dresser is all worn out.

Liked: The location was good and the staff was great.
Disliked: The rooms were rough. We had to move out of the first room because the shower didn't work. Then in the second room the toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor.
