Liked: The staff was polite and helpful. Always cheerful and engaging, and ready with the answers to my questions. I also give a shout out to the Manager of the property, Jeff. He is a person that comes across as one who actually cares about what he does. Which is a trait that is becoming harder and harder to find in an individual, in this day and age. It shows in the way he treats his Employees, who all seemed to like working for him. They were always cheerful , professional, courteous, to and helpful. Isn't that what Customer Service is all about? I pay attention to these things because, these things matter to me as a Customer. I stay at a lot of Hotels, and Motels for my job travels. So I have experienced a lot of different people in this industry. So I just wanted to give kudos to the ones that are doing a Great job. The ones that get it, and make a difference. Thank you Jeff, and your employees at Motel 6 Downtown Mesa, for making my stay extraordinary. You make a difference.
