Disliked: Cockroaches everywhere door didn’t shut all the way, sheets were dirty, not clean at all

This was the worst motel...

Liked: The only thing I liked about the motel was the location of a park close by. I left the motel after three days and I got the run around about getting reimbursed for my unused days. So a ripoff, yes I would say so. The bed was just two twin beds pulled together and they sunk in the middle.

Bad

Liked: The bed was worn out, and the headboard had rips and cracks in it. The toilet didn't sit level. The tank on the toilet didn't even have a lid. The ac barley cooled. I will not stay there again.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean and the location was ok. The price was good for the area.
Disliked: The night desk clerk did something wrong with our reservation. Even though we got emailed and texted confirmation that we had reserved for 2 nights online, and she looked up our reservation, she only entered our reservation in for one night. That meant that when we came back the next afternoon, we were locked out of our room. The day desk clerk said that even though we had confirmation of our reservation for 2 nights, there was nothing she could do and that we had been placed on a do not rent list. They did let us into our room to get our belongings. The day clerk blamed us for not noticing the error that the night clerk had made.
