Liked: I liked the young lady with the long black / brown hair and the younger gentleman that works the front and the older man at night shift they always makes us feel welcome we never have any problems or attitudes for those 3 employees,
Disliked: I don’t like that we keep getting put in a molded room which is only the bathroom ceilings the girl with short hair once again checked me in. Had a attuttide and asked is 242 was okay knowing prior it had mold and the ceiling in. The bathroom. But due to us being tired we still checked into it her words to me was , “you know more about 242 then me because your wrote about it having mold “ which I did and will continue if it isn’t present we pay good money here she makes me and my spouse feel unwelcomed, she always has a attitude, and is not polite at all she would be a reason. A lot of people would not like to check in at this hotel she is not professional.. PLEASE HAVE THE Other young lady or old man or younger man check your guest in they make it feel like home away from home !!!! There are pictures as well as ones where there was blood on. Liked: There is one young lady who. Works morning with long hair she is always I mean always polite,never a bad check in. Never is rude cares about all guest
Disliked: The young lady with short hair is very rude , on morning shifts , she was very disrespectful towards my fiancée in front of employees and ppl lot of room she was trying to put us in had mold in them she doesn’t make guest feel welcome if anything she would make you not want to bring family or spouses to this hotel … please
