Liked: The staff all except the manger were great but he was a rude unprofessional and unpleasant man
Disliked: The manger was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! We lost power at midnight didn’t come back on till 230 and during that time we had no running water and no toilet! I called and asked for some type of refund for this that was so unsanitary and not a fun experience at all! When I called he kept asking me if I was gonna call the company and ask for my money back I said when I lose power I don’t lose water or my toilet so some compensation should have been returned! I will never in my life stay there again and I’ll make sure to let everyone I know not to go there!

Motel 6 in McGraw, NY

Liked: Convenience. We've stayed here in the past. Room is comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The shower - all the showers - should have a safety bar in them for patrons who have slight disabilities that don't require being identified as a handicapped person. Even a healthy person could lose their balance and not have anything to help prevent a fall. There was plenty of room in our room, that the bathroom could have been an extra foot or two wider. It is a bit cumbersome to maneuver in and around the door/toilet area.

Nice place to sleep when...

Disliked: There were only two machines in the exercise room and one of them didn't work.

My stay there was adequate...

Liked: Staff was very accommodating, room was clean and of good size and location to I81 highway was excellent.
Disliked: Bathrooms need a serious overhaul - repairs/replacement of resin shower/tub combos, lock on the windows are broken (I had a 1st floor room), coffee service is minimal (6am to 10am only) and no elevator to get to the 2nd floor. This location is NOT accommodating for handicap access...
