Liked: Love the people and the staff stayed here three or four times they're always super courteous
Disliked: The beds were clean but the bathroom really needed a lot of attention my refrigerator didn't work and I didn't have a coffee pot in my room which was odd seeing how the other times that I did

Disliked: Me and my girl love this hotel. But on June 21st 2025 they really showed their true colors. They lied to every customer that booked on June 21st and stated that booking.com servers was down so everyone had to cancel the reservation. I called booking because something didn’t seem right. So the truth came to light. Booking told me their servers was perfectly fine and it was the hotels fault with their own systems. They tried calling this hotel for me to request the refund and talk about the issues and they now don’t want to respond so legal action will be taken if they don’t respond in the next 24 hours. Stop scamming customers out of their money we work hard for our shit. My gf ended up having to rebook it for another 80 dollars which didn’t makes sense. So beware of this bs they prey on certain ppl

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the microwave and refrigerator in the room, the room was clean, coffee in the morning, and a fenced-in dog area. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: To open the microwave door, you had to unplug the microwave. They aren't expensive. Replace it.
